Who makes your products?

I do! Everything I sell is hand made by me. Nothing is outsourced.

Where are your products made and where do they ship from?

I produce everything myself in my studio. As such, each order ships from the the Catskill / Capital District area of New York State, USA.

What is included in the purchase?

Each purchase will include:

1) Pre-installation information

2) An installation Video

3) Care information

4) Body Shop Replacement Information

5) If a squeegee is needed for installation, I include that too.

Do I need to trim/cut the decals?

No, you do not need to cut or trim the decals! They are designed to fit into place and provide a factory looking finish!

Does the graphics need to be installed by a professional?

In most cases, no, you can do it yourself. Of course experience does help. If I feel that a professional should be used to install your graphic, I will clearly state that on the listing.

Each purchase comes with a video where you get to watch me install the graphics you purchased. This tool really helps and most find success installing their own purchase as a result.

Is this decal UV protected?

Yes, all of our products are made with premium UV resistant cast vinyl, protecting it from fading from sun damage. This is HUGE! Most online sellers offer cheap calendar grade material or the most basic cast material. Not me! Everything I sell is only made with the premium material. You always get what you pay for!

Are you affiliated with the car companies?

No, we are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of the represented car companies, or any of it's subsidiaries or its affiliates.

Do you have a return policy?

Everything I sell is hand made to order. I don't out source any of my work and I don't carry a stock of items that I am selling from. As a result, I do NOT accept returns. But rest assured, I am in the business of making you happy, so I will help out in any way I reasonably can to make your graphic purchase a success!
